Join

Pack 1221 primarily serves Scouts from Athens-Chilesburg, Liberty, Garrett Morgan, and Brenda Cowan Elementary Schools, however Scouts from all over are welcome. We currently provide dens for boys and girls from kindergarten through fifth grades.

Joining Pack 1221 can be accomplished in one of a few ways:

• Join us at one of our upcoming meetings. One of our leaders will be able to provide more information, as well as provide the membership form (BSA required).

• Submit your application directly to BSA.
  (If you submit directly to BSA please send us a message to make sure everything gets properly processed)

• Send us a message. We'll be happy to chat with you about joining the Pack.

2023 Fees (pro-rated based on joining month)

• BSA National Membership: $75

If there is a bona fide financial hardship, please reach out to us. Financial difficulties should not stand in the way of a child's participation in scouting. We will make it work.

Adult Leaders

If you are an adult and are looking to help out, we’d love to have you! Joining the Pack requires the same application as a Scout (see information above).

In addition to the application, BSA requires all adult leaders to complete Youth Protection Training. Other training may be required, depending on the adult leadership position. Please contact us for more information on where we can use your help!
